Since 2012, Katie Carlson has served as the Public Information Officer for the Marion County Sheriff's Office. Outside of work, Katie is very active in her community as a volunteer for several local non-profit organizations, and now, teaching community yoga classes, which are free to the public. Katie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and completed her 200 hour teacher training at Cityoga in 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She lives in Indianapolis' Garfield Park neighborhood with her two dogs, OkeDoke and Dorothy.
